Ahead of Super Tuesday, presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has won the support of the political and fundraising arm of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus PAC.
Clinton has already been individually advocated by Hispanic Congress members such as representatives Ben Ray Luján (D-NM), Xavier Becerra (D-Calif.), Luis Gutiérrez (D-Ill.), and Linda Sanchez (D-Calif.). She is also publicly backed by Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro, and several other Latino activists and celebrities (See more names at Latino Rebels).
Bernie Sanders is also reaching out to the Latino community. He has achieved endorsements from, among others: Rep. Raúl Grijalva (D-Ariz.) from the CHC, Nevada politician Lucy Flores, Chicago politician Jesús “Chuy” García, and former Arizona Senator Alfredo Gutierrez.
It is crucial that Latinos vote in the upcoming primaries and support solutions for issues concerning the growing Hispanic population in the United States.
